Welcome to the website of t3d Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), operating at t3dlabs.shop. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. External Storefront & Transactions (Etsy Integration)

Currently, transactions for goods and physical items featured on this website are processed through our authorized external storefront hosted on Etsy (operating as t3d Labs).

  • When you click "Shop" or product links on our website, you may be redirected to Etsy to complete your order, payment, and checkout.

  • All purchases, order cancellations, and financial transactions completed on Etsy are governed by Etsy’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and our published Etsy Shop Policies.

  • t3d Labs LLC does not collect, process, or store credit card, debit card, or payment credentials on this website.

2. Product Characteristics, Display Use, and Safety Disclaimers

a. Artistic Display Goods (Not Certified Toys)

All products, figurines, kits, and display models manufactured by t3d Labs LLC are intended exclusively for decorative, artistic, and collector display purposes by adults or responsible individuals.

  • CHOKING HAZARD: Products may contain small parts, sharp points, or delicate components that can detach. They are NOT toys and are NOT suitable for infants, toddlers, or small children. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

b. 3D Printing & Handcrafted Variances

Our products are produced using advanced additive manufacturing (3D printing) technologies and individual post-processing techniques (including primer coats, zenithal shading, and hand painting).

  • Minor visual layer lines, micro-surface variations, support interface marks, and subtle paint hue variations are inherent characteristics of additive fabrication and hand craftsmanship.

  • These variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

c. Thermal and Environmental Sensitivity

Items fabricated using thermoplastic materials (such as PLA and specialized polymer blends) are heat-sensitive. Exposure to high-heat environments (including, but not limited to, inside enclosed vehicles during hot weather, direct sunlight on window sills, or proximity to space heaters) may cause warping, softening, or structural deformation. t3d Labs LLC is not liable for heat-induced damage caused by improper display or storage.

3. Orders, Custom Work, and Cancellation

  • Made-to-Order & Custom Work: Because our display figures, unpainted kits, and painted editions are made to order or customized, all sales are final once production, prep, or printing begins.

  • Cancellations: Cancellation requests may only be honored if submitted prior to the commencement of print manufacturing or custom finishing, subject to our Etsy shop guidelines.

4. Shipping, Transit Damage, and Inspection

  • Transit Damage Claims: In the event an item arrives damaged during shipping:

    1. The buyer must contact us within 15 calendar days of carrier delivery.

    2. The buyer must provide clear, high-resolution photographs showing both the damaged item and the exterior shipping packaging/labeling.

    3. Upon verification, t3d Labs LLC will coordinate an appropriate remedy (such as replacement part fabrication, repair guidance, or replacement).

  • Delivery Addresses: Buyers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, reroutes, or non-delivery resulting from incorrectly supplied addresses.

5. Intellectual Property

All original logos, brand assets, site graphics, custom digital designs, relief art files, text, and marketing imagery hosted on this website are the property of t3d Labs LLC and are protected by applicable United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our digital assets for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

6. New Jersey Governing Law and TCCWNA Compliance

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the website shall be resolved exclusively within the state or federal courts located in Burlington County, New Jersey.

  • Notice to New Jersey Consumers: Pursuant to the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (TCCWNA), N.J.S.A. 56:12-14 et seq., no provision of these Terms is intended to omit, waive, or limit any established legal right or remedy of a consumer under New Jersey law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t3d Labs LLC, its officers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our site or physical items, including misuse, improper handling, or failure to heed product safety warnings.
