Where do I buy your items?

Right now, our official online checkout is hosted through our verified Etsy storefront. When you click "Shop" in our navigation bar or on product links, you will be taken directly to our Etsy shop where you can securely complete your purchase using Etsy's standard payment methods (credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.).

What makes your prints and figures different?

Each piece is 3D printed using finely tuned, high-speed modern equipment and premium polymers. Depending on the listing you choose, pieces are offered as:

• Raw / Cleaned Kits: Assembled or ready-to-paint unprimed models.

• Zenithal Shaded Editions: Professionally primed and shaded with directional contrast highlights, ideal as a display-ready monochrome piece or as a pre-shaded canvas for miniature painters.

• Hand-Painted / Custom Finished: Individually painted and detailed by hand.

Are these toys for children?

No. All models and figures produced by t3d Labs LLC are intended for adult hobbyists, collectors, and display purposes. Due to delicate structural features and small detachable parts, they present a choking hazard and should be kept away from small children and pets.

How should I care for and display my 3D prints?

• Keep away from high heat: Thermoplastics can soften or warp in temperatures exceeding 120°F (50°C). Never leave your figures in a parked car on a hot day or placed directly above a heat register/radiator.

• Avoid harsh direct sunlight: Prolonged direct UV exposure through windows can fade acrylic paints and affect filament integrity over time.

• Cleaning: Dust gently using a dry, soft-bristle brush (such as a clean makeup brush or soft paintbrush) or short, gentle bursts of compressed air from a distance. Do not clean with harsh chemical solvents, alcohol, or hot water.

What is your return or damage policy?

Because models are made to order and customized, sales are final once manufacturing begins.

• If an item arrives damaged from transit: Please reach out via our Etsy shop or email within 15 days of delivery with photos of the damaged piece and the shipping box. We will work quickly with you to send a replacement part or make it right.

Do you do custom commissions or scale requests?
